TEAMS

Teams of 4 will be assigned and revealed on Friday, Sept 20.

Brent and Adam will assign teams based on speed and vibes.

Our goal is to make the teams as evenly matched as possible. We will also try to connect you with runners we think you’d hit it off with, but haven’t met.

PACKET PICKUP / CAR DROP OFF

Teams should report to the start line on Waterloo Rd HERE by 7:15am.

We recommend carpooling as a team from Revel Run (the finish line) so you don’t have to come back to the start line after the race.

RELAY LEGS

There will be eight legs total. Teams can assign legs however they see fit. We recommend giving each runner two legs.

Relay exchange zones will be marked with cones. Teammates will high-five, and the next segment begins.

All turns will be marked with signs indicating where to go. It’s a good idea to memorize the route or take the turn-by-turn with you, just in case a sign goes missing.

Each relay leg will be a designated segment on Strava. There will be prizes for the segment champions given out at the end of the race.

For the final relay leg, two runners from each time must run together!

LOGISTICS

Each team will get TWO maps.

Map #1 outlines the relay legs, spelling out the distance, elevation gain, and each turn.

Map #2 is for driving directions. Your team will drive to the exchange points, and stay off the running course as much as possible.

Teams are responsible for providing their own water / nutrition / sunscreen / bug spray.

POST RACE CELEBRATION

Our friends at The Foxhole Biergarten will be opening at 10am, just for us. We’ll have the outdoor patio to ourselves for two hours.

The bar will be open. Runners are on their own when it comes to the bar tab.
